Tato norma je identická s UN/ECE STANDARD FFV-43:1988. Norma platí pro ředkvičku odrůd (kultivarů) Raphanus sativus L.var. radicula Pers., určenou k dodání v čerstvém stavu spotřebiteli. Neplatí pro ředkvičku určenou k průmyslovému zpracování. Norma uvádí tyto kapitoly: kapitolu 1 - Předmět normy, kapitolu 2 - Znaky jakosti, kapitolu 3 - Třídění podle velikosti, kapitolu 4 - Dovolené odchylky, kapitolu 5 - Obchodní úprava a balení a kapitolu 6 - Označování. ČSN 46 3123 byla vydána v květnu 2002. Touto normou se nahrazuje kapitola 12 ČSN 46 3120 z prosince 1995
