Tato norma platí pro vzorkování cukrovinkářských výrobků a trvanlivého pečiva a stanoví způsob získání vzorků ke zkoušení senzorickému, fyzikálnímu a chemickému. Norma tedy stanovuje postupy odběru vzorků pro normalizované metody zjišťování (ověřování) některých kvalitativních znaků (jakosti) významných pro hygienu výživy. ČSN 56 0145 byla schválena 23.5.1988 a nabyla účinnosti od 1.6.1989. Dříve návrh ČSN 56 0145 z 19.11.1981
