Norma tedy stanovuje metody zjišťování (ověřování) některých kvalitativních znaků (jakosti) významných pro hygienu výživy. ČSN 56 0115 byla schválena 30.12.1970 a nabyla účinnosti od 1.8.1971. Nahradila ČSN 56 0115 z 8.1.1964
