V1.1.1 Tato norma pokrývá posuzování digitálních buňkových (pro CDMA s přímým šířením, IMT-2000) (UTRA) zařízení základnových stanic, opakovačů a souvisejících přidružených zařízení "3. generace", z hlediska elektromagnetické kompatibility (EMC). Technické specifikace vztahující se na anténní vstup/výstup a emise ze vstupu/výstupu krytu rádiového zařízení (základnová stanice (BS) a opakovače) nejsou v této normě zahrnuty. Tyto technické specifikace lze nalézt v příslušných normách výrobků pro efektivní využívání rádiového spektra. Tato norma specifikuje použitelné zkušební podmínky, posuzování funkce a funkční kritéria digitálních buňkových (pro CDMA s přímým šířením, IMT-2000) (UTRA) rádiových zařízení základnových stanic a přidružených zařízení "3. generace".
